Business/IT Analyst - Core

Shortly:

Communication with stakeholders, responsibility for gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements, creation and consolidation of business requirements, preparation of solution proposals and technical specifications for the development team.
Agile project in Prague.
Possibility of remote work by agreement.
Start date by agreement.

You will participate in the replacement of core systems and related integrations as part of one of the largest strategic banking projects.

What awaits you:

Collaboration within the project team in developing and fulfilling the project plan
Active communication with stakeholders, including business and IT departments, architects, and suppliers
Gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements (both functional and non-functional)
Creating and consolidating business requirements based on your own analysis
Preparing solution proposals and technical specifications for the development team, including designing integration interfaces
Organizing and leading meetings with project owners at both business and technical levels
Process modeling, creating Use Cases, and technical specifications
Overseeing the delivery of the target solution, supporting the creation of tests, and testing new functionalities
Presenting proposed solutions to clients and managing change requests throughout the project

You will use:

Experience from projects involving the implementation of core banking systems
Ability to analyze and formulate functional and non-functional requirements
Experience with process modeling
Knowledge of data and object structure, and the ability to define interfaces
UML/BPMN
Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence
SQL
Ability to defend proposed solutions
CZ/SK language at fluent level

An advantage will be:

Knowledge of working with graphic tools such as Figma, Visio, Axure, etc.
Basic knowledge of a programming language
