How is AI literacy evolving, and where do we stand globally?
How is AI being incorporated into education across generations, and what are the latest AI trends? Daria Hvížďalová, an expert in AI education featured in Forbes 30 under 30 in 2023, will demonstrate AI applications globally, the Czech Republic's position, and effective integration into various professional sectors—including large language models (LLMs). She leads AI EduLab at Sféra Pardubice, developing AI literacy among students and teachers, and focuses on connecting AI with business at Newton University. She also organizes the international conference Creative Edge, examining AI's impact on the creative industry.
Daria Hvížďalová is the Director of AI Skills & Learning at 42 London and former CEO of the non-profit institute 42 Prague, focused on programming education. She leads AI EduLab at Sféra Pardubice, helping students and teachers develop AI literacy and manages the AI specialization in business at Newton University. In her free time, she co-organizes the international Creative Edge conference, exploring AI's creative industry impacts, serving as Program Director and Co-founder.
Her main goal is integrating AI into applied and educational projects and connecting technology with the labor market and education. Her interdisciplinary approach creates innovative programs and narratives demonstrating AI's transformative potential to the public. Her nearly decade-long experience in AI spans management consulting (McKinsey Belgium), research assistance and development (GoodAI), and industrial automation (JHV).
Tereza Fukátková

Tereza Fukátková, Group Data Insights Manager at FEG and instructor of storytelling and AI in analytics, will discuss how AI has transformed data analytics. Which use-cases utilize AI most frequently, and where is traditional analysis still dominant? AI not only analyzes data but also helps visualize and present it effectively—an increasingly essential skill for analysts and managers. What practical tools are most effective, and how can you start using them? Storytelling will also be explored—after all, shouldn't AI excel at narratives? Or should it? Come and find out.
Tereza leads a team of analysts and data scientists at FEG, transforming big data into insights and business recommendations. She specializes in deep analytics, customer segmentation (RFM), and creating machine learning models—such as churn prediction, customer value, and personalization foundations. She teaches AI for data analytics courses at Controller Institute and Czechitas.

Beáta Holá, a work psychologist with 20 years of experience developing leaders and talents, will present the power of AI assistants and show how technologies can maximize human potential. With her interdisciplinary team, she created PeopleBoard—a digital mentor helping companies streamline people management. She also developed Leadership Cards, a unique leadership development model. She believes the right combination of human and artificial intelligence boosts both effectiveness and satisfaction within organizations.
Beáta Holá is a work psychologist who has supported companies for 20 years in managing key personnel topics, from recruitment, development, assessment, performance management, and conflict resolution. She trains and supervises mentoring programs, teaches managers and HR professionals modern psychometric tests, and leadership enhancements. She is the author of the leadership competency model Leadership Cards. Alongside an interdisciplinary team, she combined decades of consulting experience with AI to create PeopleBoard, a digital mentor for maximizing human potential in organizations. She believes the right mix of human and AI can significantly enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
